Ruth Culhane
I have benefited from extensive training and experience. Holding a diploma in Relational Psychotherapeutic Therapy from Metanoia University London, as well as diplomas in psychosexual and relationship therapy from the London Diploma and sex addiction therapy from the Laurel Centre, I bring a comprehensive and holistic approach to my practice.
In addition to my specialised training, I hold degrees in both Psychology and Law, further enriching my understanding of the complexities of the human mind and the intricacies of relationships. This multidimensional background equips me to navigate a broad spectrum of challenges that individuals and couples may face.
My journey in the field of therapy has been enriched by specialist training in the Bader Pearson Method of couples therapy, equipping me with effective strategies to guide couples towards stronger, more fulfilling relationships.
I also have significant experience in working with non-traditional couples, understanding the unique dynamics and challenges they may face. This background has provided me with a deep appreciation for the diverse tapestry of relationships and a strong belief in the transformative power of love and understanding.
In our sessions, my priority is to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions and experiences openly. My approach is collaborative, client-centred, and tailored to your specific needs and goals. I firmly believe that every individual and couple has the potential to lead a fulfilling and joyful life, and I am committed to supporting you on this journey of self-discovery and growth.
